Dr. Andreas Kogelnik Dr. Kogelnik specialized in infectious disease medicine after graduating from Emory University. He founded and is the director of the Open Medicine Institute that focuses on research and clinical care for people with neuro-endocrine-immune diseases. Because of his knowledge of bioinformatics, his center is included in the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention study to establish the features of ME/CFS to be used in creating a better diagnostic criteria.
Dennis Mangan, MD Dr. Mangan was the Trans NIH ME/CFS Workgroup chairman before he retired. He now serves on the board of some other ME/CFS organizations and gives presentations on researcher and physician communications. His experience inside the government allows us to gain special insight on how to advocate effectively for NEIDs patients.
