FDA

Because there are very few FDA-approved treatments for neuro-endocrine-immune diseases, and no FDA-approved treatments for some of these diseases, government agency advocacy must include the FDA.

While drug companies and other scientists do the clinical trials, we advocate for FDA policies that reflect an accurate understanding of the personal and public health impact, which can influence whether they approve new drug applications.

Also, we advocate for the FDA to remove all unnecessary bureaucratic obstacles that discourage applications for NEIDs treatments.
