Outings

All of the neuro-endocrine-immune diseases diseases cause unusually extreme fatigue and almost no endurance.

Thus, many patients find themselves unable to enjoy many social outings. They become very isolated and disconnected from people and nature.

In 2012, as part of our CFS Solutions project, we arranged for Michigan patients to visit Frederick Meijer Gardens and Sculpture Park.

With benches, a trolley and some wheelchairs for rest, the group was able to enjoy an unusual treat and even stand up long enough to pose for this photo.

Contact us if you have an idea for an outing our Michigan patients would enjoy.
